What You Can Offer
The life of a Buddhist nun, living in accordance with the monastic discipline, naturally depends on the support of lay people. Many of you ask what is appropriate to bring and how to offer support to Venerable Bhikkhunī Visuddhi.
On this page, you will find a list of basic food and useful items that may be offered. This is only a guideline – please choose according to your possibilities and consideration.
Even a small gift, offered with an open heart, has its full value.
Offering Dāna
Dāna is offered at the ārāma every day at 10:00 AM.
Offerings may be placed directly into the alms bowl. In the case of larger donations, items can be prepared in paper bags.
If you are unsure what to bring, a simple and suitable choice is fresh fruit or basic food items.
