Ārāma Karuṇā Sevena
Ārāma Karuṇā Sevena was established as a monastic refuge and a place for the practice of bhikkhunī Visuddhi. Life at the ārāma follows the teachings of the Blessed Buddha and the strict Dhamma-vinaya code, which provides structure and protection for deep meditation and a life of silence.
This space serves as a protected environment for monastic practice, where one can live and practice without the distractions of everyday life. For Venerable bhikkhunī Visuddhi, it is an essential place for maintaining continuity of practice, focus, and spiritual balance.
Association Karuṇā Sevena
Karuṇā Sevena Association is a small group of practitioners founded this Association to provide support to Venerable bhikkhunī Visuddhi. Members are deeply committed to the Buddha’s teachings and the monastic way of life.
The Association also supports the Suriya Lamai project, which focuses primarily on various monasteries, youth homes, and orphanages. The project helps orphans, socially disadvantaged families, and sick children, mainly in Sri Lanka, providing them with education, food, and shelter.
